Necessity of Water

Water is so important to wellness.  Drinking enough water is a key to wieght loss.  It is also necessary for normal bodily function.  It is needed for waste removal, digestion of food, and to convert food to energy.  and you ladies out there, it is necessary for glowing skin, by keeping skin hydrated which makes you look healthy. 

SUGESTIONS FOR GETTING 8 GLASSES OR WATER PER DAY

Reach for the water bottle when getting up each morning. 

Drink water prior to exercise to ensure hydration

Try to drink at least 4 ounces of water every hour throughout the day.

Add a fresh lemon, orange, or lime slice to give the water good flavor.

While Dieting

Food cravings are very common when dieting.  Try drinking some water instead of eating the food you crave.  The body may be dehydrated.

Feeling Run Down With The Holidays Around the Corner?

The body may be sending you signals that it is dehydrated. because of difficulty functioning.
